Our medical office buildings are managed through our affiliate, InSite Medical Properties, a physician focused management firm that partners with some of the largest hospital systems in the nation. Aspen Retirement Holdings, another Broe-affiliated company, developed one of the largest private independent portfolios of senior housing communities, delivering residential and assisted living services, as well as personalized health services.
In partnership with our affiliate land company, we also assist corporations, as well as local governments, in planning and implementing land and real estate development, including infrastructure. We deliver the complete package: entitlement, development, build-to-suit and asset-management services. Our developments, such as the Great Western Industrial Park in Colorado, have received national recognition for successfully partnering with industry and communities to attract major manufacturing operations to our developments, creating primary sector jobs and community investment.
