the latest cost-effective finishes, fresh design
features and a tradition of Italian quality, distinguished by its
thermostructured finishing, a process that introduces efficiency and
performance. In other words, MAGIKA represents a modern Italian kitchen design as a result of combination between innovative features of inspiring form and conventional uses of rational layout solutions.

Contemporary Semi-Detached House in London By Belsize Architects

The property, a semi-detached house designed by London based architects Belsize Architects and located on a quiet road leading to Hampstead Heath,London comprised a maisonette and a flat, with an old extension to the rear. The main architectural interventions to the exterior consisted of a new extension with a terrace above and redesign of the rear elevation to create large openings. The brief was to form a modern and enjoyable single family home for our client by extending the ground floor and integrating the rear garden with the new interiors.

London Contemporary House Architecture

Internally, the ground and first floor layouts were remodelled extensively. The ground floor was opened up and connected to the new extension. The rear garden was excavated so as to be at the same level as the ground floor.
