Gardens Of Gulf Cove is located on state road 776 between Englewood and Gulf Cove. It's location provides easy access to all that Englewood and Port Charlotte has to offer. There is a Publix shopping center with banks and restaurants directly across the street as well as a new Home Depot being built within 1/2 mile. All this plus a great golf course is within walking distance of Gardens of Gulf Cove.
Gardens of Gulf Cove is deed restricted, but not as heavily as some other areas. The homeowners association is mandatory. Members of the homeowners association have access to its clubhouse, community pool, shuffleboard, tennis and basketball courts. The homes here are middle class and very affordable, perfect for second homes or the first time home buyer. There are some new constructions being built towards the back of the subdivision, where the area adjoins the beautiful Myakka State Park. There are also miles of biking, hiking, and horse riding trails close to Gardens of Gulf Cove.
